Fat Tuesday

We indulged ourselves last night and went out to eat at Chuy's Mexican restaurant and had ice cream the night before!  It was yummy, and the kids loved the festive atmosphere.  The rocks outside the restaurant made for some great entertaining as well.  Ava was pretending she was Dora the explorer.  She had to climb the rocks, and jump over the mud to get to the "castle" a.k.a. the restaurant.  Ava has a great imagination.  After she completed her mission she likes to celebrate with the Dora dance, which I have to participate in as well.  Alex was much happier inside, watching the chefs make tortillas.  Overall, it was a great fat Tuesday!  We are all ready for our Lenten promises,  and looking forward to Easter!
