The weather has been incredible this week. Everyday was spent outside enjoying time with my kids. It's incredible how weather can change everything. I enjoyed every second with my kids at the park. I never found the time to pick up the camera I was so busy running, chasing, and "rescuing" Ava and Alex and taking them to the "castle" to be saved. We played so many games together I lost count. I was able to run three miles at Seneca a couple times this week which felt awesome, a good break from working out inside.
We had Ava's conference this week, and it went very well. Her teacher complimented Ava saying she is a leader and is doing well in all areas of development, and uses her manners always saying Yes Mam! I was very proud of Ava, because the beginning of the school year started off a little rough, which honestly I expected because it was Ava's first year of preschool. We are also proud to announce Ava is successfully potty training. Yes we realize Ava is 3, but she needed to do it when she was ready, and she is very ready. I feel like Ava has been potty trained for months it's going so well. It is kind of silly, but I honestly am beaming with pride I am just so proud of her. She is talking so well, potty training, and doing very well in school, what more could I ask for.
I am proud of my sweet little Alex too! He has been trying to sing Row Row Row your boat. His 20 month post will be next.
I did get some great pictures today of Ava and Alex and some yummy chocolate pancakes that were made!
I feel like it's the story of my life but hopefully we will hear something back this week from one of the jobs Bert interviewed for.
